Bertine has more than 17 years international work experience, mostly with non-profit and UN organisations working in the environment and agricultural sector in developing countries. Before Bertine joined our team, she worked with Wetlands International and with BirdLife International. Before that, Bertine worked for FAO in Mozambique, Costa Rica, Bhutan and Kenya. She also implemented several assignments in Vietnam.

Irma already obtained her first international experiences during her study International Business Administration at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. She studied for half a year at the Singapore Management University in Singapore and for her master exchange she studied for half a year at the Fundação Getulio Vargas in São Paulo, Brazil. Before Irma started to work for Advance Consulting, she worked in Angola for one year, developing an expat guide.
