Meindert van Wensen has been an entrepreneur for 6 years, working in the same line of business as Advance Consulting. In April 2011 he joined the Advance Consulting team in order to develop new business in Latin America and Guatemala, Nicaragua and Colombia in particular.

 

Meindert van Wensen is a specialist in Private Sector Development in developing countries and Latin America in particular. Since 2003, Meindert van Wensen has undertaken a wide range of consultancy assignments for corporate organizations to develop private sector development projects in developing countries. In particular through the (financial) support of the Dutch Government and its private sector programs such as the Private Sector Investment programme (PSI), MatchMaking Facility (MMF) and Package4Growth programme.

 

In close cooperation with our clients, he has developed project proposals, business analysis and forecasts, project implementation plans, progress reporting and monitoring, entrance strategies and representation and agency services. He has experience working directly with entrepreneurs and business managers/CEOs in the field, as well as different target groups in the value chain such as farmers, co-operations, distributors, wholesalers and retailers.
