Itago has over five year of experience in monitoring and evaluation where she has evaluated large multi-country and multi-stakeholder projects and has advised a variety of public and private clients including development and multilateral institutions. Her background is in carbon management and she has interest in sustainable economic development, energy, and working with vulnerable populations in development sectors.
Itago brings experience of working with companies to understand their business processes, develop monitoring systems, and to build their capacity to evaluate and report on their progress against targets. She has built technical expertise in building utilization-focused monitoring and reporting tools that incorporate agile processes that allow clients and projects to adapt to emerging needs.
Itago holds a master’s degree in Carbon Management from the University of Edinburgh as well as an honors undergraduate degree in Environmental Economics and Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, with a minor in Global Poverty and Practice.
