Bernardo Sousa joined Advance Consulting in 2021. He is based at the Nairobi Office. Bernardo focuses on strategic development and targeted fundraising for companies worldwide. With 7-years of experience in emerging markets, Bernardo experience covers mainly the renewable energy and agrifood sectors.

Before joining Advance Consulting, Bernardo was the Country Representative in Myanmar for a French NGO. He has also worked as Project Manager and Business Developer in Cote d'Ivoire, Honduras and France. Bernardo holds a Master's degree In Sustainable Development from HEC Paris and a Master's degree in Engineering from Instituto Superior Tecnico in Portugal.
