Jeremy Doyle

Senior Business Consultant

Jeremy has over 20 years of experience in clean energy market development, policy, and climate adaptation. He has a track record in climate finance, renewable energy, technology innovation, market development, standards, and carbon markets. He has collaborated on assignments in over 30 countries in Europe, sub-Saharan Africa, and Asia. His work connects major donors, implementing partners, start-ups, and pioneering SMEs in developing countries. He has experience in programme design and Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning, including the impact of off-grid energy and infrastructure investments. He holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Bath University, specialization, in power systems, and an MSc in Environmental Change and Management from Oxford University. He speaks English and French.

David Milne

Business Consultant

David has been working in the energy and environment sector for over 5 years, with both public and private organisations. He has spent 3 years in Sub-Saharan Africa working on project finance and capital raising in the renewable energy sector for impact funds and project developers. Amongst others he has worked on solar, wind, waste-to-energy, biomass, green hydrogen, and off-grid projects. He holds an MSc in Energy Science and a BSc in Geology, both from Utrecht University.
