Implementation
We support our clients and partners to deliver on their Sustainable Development Goals, with a focus on value chain development, job creation and climate resilience. We initiate and implement private sector development programmes at the request of embassies, NGOs, and universities, particularly in the agricultural and horticulture sector. We offer business coaching, financial training, matchmaking, and certification advise to SMEs, cooperatives, and agribusinesses, through which we contribute to inclusive and sustainable value chains.
Value chain development
Sustainability often requires strengthening or restructuring of existing value chains, or building of new value chains, which we support through the programmes in which we participate.
Programme management
We believe we cannot effectively support SMEs without being on the ground ourselves, in the markets, in the fields, as linking pin in partnerships. We lead private sector development programmes, always aiming for more impact that can be sustained by the underlying business cases.
Business coaching
We provide business coaching and financial literacy training to start-up and scale-up SMEs. Our business coaching is often part of a larger private sector development programme or Technical Assistance Facility tailored towards specific needs of SMEs.
