David Milne

Business Consultant

David has been working in the energy and environment sector for over 5 years, with both public and private organisations. He has spent 3 years in Sub-Saharan Africa working on project finance and capital raising in the renewable energy sector for impact funds and project developers. Amongst others he has worked on solar, wind, waste-to-energy, biomass, green hydrogen, and off-grid projects. He holds an MSc in Energy Science and a BSc in Geology, both from Utrecht University.

Leony Rosarani

Senior Business Consultant

With over 15 years in the banking industry, Leony focuses on non-grant impact financing. She is experienced in a wide range of financial instruments, client segments and financing structures. She is also specialized in credit risk management, financial modelling, project management and business strategy. Having lived in Indonesia, Paraguay and the Netherlands, Leony is keen to cultural differences and has built a good track record, building bridges between various stakeholders. She is passionate about rural and sustainable development, food and agriculture, and financial inclusion. Leony holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management from Nyenrode Business University.
